We can’t wait to see you! Thank you for supporting a small, local women owned business. Booking an appointment signifies your agreement and understanding of these terms.
running early?
We are excited to see you, too! Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. We are typically finishing up with our last guest and setting up for your arrival.
have to cancel?
We understand life happens. Our appointments often book far in advance and it may be hard to fill up your spot last minute. Appointments that cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 100% of service fee. Appointments that no show will be charged 100% of service fee.
running late?
There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments after your starting time. After so, you will be charged 100% of your service.
If you will be running late to a 15 minute appointment we will not be able to accommodate you.
We strive to provide the highest level of attention to each of our customers and cannot do so when our appointments run late, thank you!
parking
Free street parking is available Monday-Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm with a 2 hour limit. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
Please keep in mind our road is often closed on weekends due to the Farmers Market and other downtown events. Leave with plenty of time to navigate downtown parking and while you’re here enjoy all downtown has to offer!
